WE DID IT !!!! House #2 is going up. We had so much fun with house #1 we decided to do it all over again. We are using a community led design, that was created by WPA and approved by the city of Norfolk, VA to build in the Huntersville section of Norfolk. Each home features 2x6 framing, 9 ft ceilings and energy efficient designs throughout. Each home that Geo Concepts modifies has limited wiring and plumbing underneath the home as well as an outdoor heat pump that sits 16 inches off the ground.
