How did we get here…

It all begins with a problem I would like to solve. Is there a way that housing can be affordable, sustainable and resilient all at the same time? Is it possible. During Pharrell’s Might Dream forum in Norfolk, VA we tossed around the idea. Here in Norfolk we have the same problems most mid-size cities are facing, we don’t have enough affordable housing. But Norfolk is also dealing with sea level rise and flooding as a result of climate change. So how do we address both? Do we address both? What should or could we do? That is the goal of the team at Geo Concepts Group to come up with practical solutions that can address some of these issues.
